- Adjustments and Refinements: After receiving the Staged Models, adjustments will be made, attachments added, providing support, even if a refinement is necessary.

After purchasing the Prescription and Supervision service, you will have access to:
- Expert Guidance in your Prescription: A specialized mentor will guide you through the detailed completion of the treatment prescription, based on a thorough diagnosis to ensure the success of the initial stage model.
- Supervision and Modifications: Once you receive the stage model, you can schedule your 1to1 mentoring session within the following week to review the plan and the stage models.
- Refinement: You may request for additional advice on a refinement, if necessary.

The prices vary according to each service and can be consulted in your personal area before choosing the type of assistance you need for each patient.
Do I need prior training or certification to access the DOC platform?
No specific prior training is required on the SureSmile platform to access our services. The DOC platform is designed to facilitate treatment for both experienced doctors and those who are just starting out in invisible orthodontics. However, the credentials for access to the SureSmile platform are independent of the DOC brand.

Continuing education credits are currently not part of the DOC journey.
