We understand that situations may arise where the provided service is not delivered within the agreed timeframe. This return policy explains how we handle such situations to ensure your satisfaction.
2. No Refund Policy
Once a service has been contracted through our platform, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances. This is due to the nature of the consultancy and mentoring services we provide.
3. Claims for Undelivered Services
Claims: If a contracted service is not provided within the initially agreed timeframe, the user must immediately contact our customer service email: admin@digitalorthoconsulting.com to file a claim
Additional Resolution Time: In the event that we cannot deliver the service within the agreed timeframe, DOC will add an additional 48-hour period to resolve the service. We commit to responding to all claims within this additional period and to seek a satisfactory solution.
Communication: All communications related to claims must be made exclusively through the provided email. This ensures proper record-keeping and tracking of any reported issues.
4. Excepciones
This no refund policy and additional resolution time do not apply in cases where applicable law in Portugal or the user’s jurisdiction establishes additional rights.
